• Communications — the content of messages you send us by text message (SMS), WhatsApp, email, or our website forms.
• Payment information — we coordinate payments through services such as Zelle and record payment status and references. We do not collect or store full bank-account or card numbers on our systems.

Information collected automatically:

• Basic usage and device analytics when you visit our website (such as pages viewed), through Vercel Analytics.

Transportation provider information:

• For the vendors we work with, we store business contact details, quotes, and message history needed to source vehicles and fulfill bookings.

02 How We Use Your Information

• Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes.
• Coordinate, confirm, and dispatch transportation, including sourcing vehicles from third-party providers.
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and service updates by SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
• Process and track payments.
• Provide customer support and keep records of our dealings with you.
• Operate, secure, and improve our services.

03 Text Message & WhatsApp Communications

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) and SMS (provided by Twilio) to communicate with clients and transportation providers about bookings. When you message us or we message you on these channels, your phone number and the content of those messages are processed to provide the service.

You can opt out of further messages at any time by replying STOP to an SMS, or by telling us you no longer wish to be contacted on WhatsApp or by email. Standard message and data rates may apply.

04 How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these situations:

Service providers who help us operate, under contract:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — WhatsApp Business messaging.
• Twilio — SMS messaging.
• Resend — email delivery.
• Anthropic — the Claude AI service, used to help read and summarize vendor replies and financial documents.
• Neon — secure database hosting.
• Vercel — website hosting and analytics.

• Transportation providers (vendors) — the limited trip details needed to source and fulfill your booking.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, the public, or us.

05 Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may ask us to delete your information as described below.

06 Your Choices & Rights

• Access, correction, or deletion — email privacy@danswheels.com to request a copy of, a correction to, or the deletion of your personal information.
• Opt out of messages — reply STOP to an SMS, or tell us you wish to stop receiving WhatsApp or email messages.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. We will honor valid requests as required by law.

07 Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08 Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
